Process Engineer

About Lear Plant Győr: Established in 1997, our plant in Győr is one of the Lear’s key plants in Hungary. In this plant Lear produces high quality seating systems for key customers incorporating Audi and Porsche.

Main Tasks

Analysis, optimisation and improvement of existing production processes
Preparation of product and process documentation
Keep up to date all process and product relevant documentation
Eliminate wastefulness in production processes
Solving process problems, process improvement
Determination of assembly cycle times for production processes
Determination of production capacity
Tracking and maintaining change documentation, participating and documenting trial runs
Monitoring of department KPI’s, definition of actions for improvement
Train staff for new processes and provide instructions and manuals

Requirements

Degree in mechanical, electrical or technical engineering
Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role
Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards
Communication skills in English
Knowledge of German language would be considered as an asset
Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously
Organizational, planning, and documentation skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail
Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, teamwork
