As a Global Support Engineer, you will responsible for the product portfolio of processing equipment.

We’re looking for you, if
Providing worldwide technical assistance through technical notes & documentation, via phone/email, and when necessary on-site at the customer as a product specialist.
Delivering technical training globally: both for customer service technicians and through “train-the-trainer” programs for system-related introductions, improvements, new features, and software.
Supporting beta-testing through testing, installation, basic training, and continuous support.
Reporting customer issues, recommendations, and other process-related problems.
Diagnosing, resolving, and repairing system issues remotely to support local technicians.
Preparing monthly reports for meetings, covering issues related to the product portfolio.
Creating and maintaining up to date technical documentation.
Validation of new processing concepts in cooperation with application and R&D consumables team in ECO3 HQ.
What essential skills and qualifications do we expect?
Fluent English speaking and writing skills,
Training skills,
IT skills,
Electromechanical engineering bachelor or master degree,
Willing to travel 50% to 60 % of working time across Europe.
