Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize manufacturing processes with robotics & CNC systems
Program, integrate, and troubleshoot robotic systems (FANUC, ABB, KUKA)
Develop and optimize CNC programs (G-code, CAM software)
Support equipment reliability and troubleshooting
Lead automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma)
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Robotics Engineering (or related)
1–2 years’ experience in robotics or CNC (or strong willingness to learn)
Skills in CNC/robot programming, CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD)
Lean/Six Sigma or PLC experience is a plus
Strong problem-solving & communication skills
