Key Responsibilities

Manage daily production operations and ensure delivery, quality, and cost targets
Drive efficiency improvements with Lean/Six Sigma methods
Lead modernization initiatives (CNC, robotics, Industry 4.0 solutions)
Supervise and develop production staff
Oversee CNC machining and robotic automation workflows
Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards are met
Manage projects such as equipment upgrades and automation rollouts

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Engineering/Manufacturing (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
3–5 years in industrial manufacturing, including leadership roles
Proven success in improving efficiency and leading modernization projects
Knowledge of CNC machining/programming (G-code, CAM software)
Familiarity with robotic automation (e.g., FANUC, cobots)
ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
